Justin came to StubHub for a few months to lead the design and delivery of our 2019 Brand campaign. For instance, he helped the internal team of designers be more comfortable taking risks and pushing the envelope. Under his leadership, the team delivered a very successful campaign that is driving measurable business performance, and we have a series of yet-to-be-released innovative Brand boosting concepts that we are pushing internally. In addition, and most importantly, Justin transformed the team into a more confident and energized group of designers. Finally, Justin has been a pleasure to work with. He is always positive and is very agile at managing feedback from non-creative folks like me.
When I was CMO at SoFi, we were looking to strengthen our internal creative capabilities and in his first week as a consultant, Justin had audited our group and identified next steps to help us get there, inspiring our team and department in the process. He partnered with us to help drive a creative project pitch by three A-list agencies and followed along from ideation through final production. Additionally he helped our internal teams generate and produce a late breaking Super Bowl ad in under a week.
